✅ What Is a Notarized Translation?
This is a complementary service to certified/official translation. The Notary Public does not verify the quality of the translation, but rather the identity of the translator, along with their credentials, certificates, diplomas, or university degree. This certification confirms the translator’s qualifications and holds them accountable if necessary. The Notary then adds their stamp, and a certified copy of the original text is attached.

Key Language Services (KLS) is company founded in Ecuador, with over 15 years of experience in translation and English language training, provider of translation, interpreting and training services to clients in numerous industries. A large number of national and foreign, public and private companies use our service.
We translate from and into Spanish, English, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, Portuguese, French, Russian, Turkish, French, Russian, Dutch, Czech, Portugue and more.
Translators can translate 2,000 words or around 5 standard pages of text per day. We start working on your project the moment you approve the quote. For translations of less than 2000 words, you may be able to receive your translation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Only a native speaker is familiar with the cultural specialties of a language. In order to provide the highest standard translation, we always make sure to use a native translator of the target language.
We offer 3 types of translations: Certified, Notarized and Document translations.
For certified translations, the cost depends on the number of pages translated. Our cost is per page. A page is defined as: 250 words or less (including numbers), one-sided and letter size (8.5 “x 11”) or A4 dimensions or less. An excess of 250 words on a page would be considered additional pages. Normally it costs $21.00 USD. Price can vary if the format needs more work.
Notarized translation is a complement of the certified translation. We add the costo of $28.75 USD per document for the notarization process
Our document translations are priced per word. Our pricing is per word with a minimum charge of $ 21 per order. The numbers are included in our word count.

We accept 3 forms of payment: Bank Deposit/Transfer, Credit Card (paypal), or Western Union.
No, we do not work with paper documents. If you need a translation of a paper document, scan your text and send it as an image or PDF file.
It is not necessary to send the hard copy to our offices. Just scan the document, making sure it has a good resolution and that all the information is included, and send it via email.
Certified, Notarized and Document Translation Service
If the document you need to translate is an official document, make sure that it has all the stamp and signatures before translating.
The Certified Translation is made using our corporate letterhead and comes with a certification statement (required by some authorities), in digital and physical format. The Document Translation is a high-quality translation done in a simple editable Word document, and is delivered in digital format. Both offer the same KLS quality and service.
Yes, in order to notarize a translation, it must have the recognition of the translator’s signature before a Notary Public. We offer this service in any language pair.
The procedure we follow ensures your satisfaction. Before the translator is paid, you can review his/her work and ask for corrections or improvements. If you are still not satisfied with the results, we reassign the project to a different translator at no additional cost.

We are a company based in the city of Machala, Quito and Guayaquil in Ecuador, in South America. Recently, we open up our branch in Miami, USA. If you are not in the cities mentioned above, do not worry. You can request our services through the Internet no matter where you are located. Our orders are delivered via email or courier service, and are controlled and monitored through our Ticket System. Both certified and notarized translations are delivered through courier services such as DHL, ServiEntrega or Tramaco Express.
